Description

The SPRE-L™ is our version of the popular Daniel Defense Burnsed Loop™. It is a single point receiver end plate designed for use with any AR15 using a collapsible buttstock.

The new receiver endplate was designed to mate with the ASP™ and the receiver with extremely close tolerances. The slot has been reduced to 1″ to accommodate the 1″ webbing of the ASP™ sling. The slot was also lowered and narrowed to provide a snug fit that follows the contour of the receiver very closely. Interference with the forward assist has been corrected as well for lefties like me.

It provides a near receiver sling loop for attaching a single point tactical sling for left handed shooters. It is machined from 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in hard coat type 3 mil-spec anodized black. All edges of this part have been chamfered inside and out to remove any sharp edges to prevent premature webbing failure.

Precision CNC machined from a block of 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in hard coat type 3 mil-spec anodized black for a rock hard lasting finish while weighing in at a mere .3 ozs.

Recommended Application

We recommend our SPRE-L for any collaspible stocked AR where a near receiver attachment point for a left handed shooter is going to be used in conjuction with our single point slings. This configuration requires the weapon attachment stub to be installed at all times enabling quick weapon deployment.

Installation

Installation requires removal and re-installation of your existing collapsible stock and buffer tube. A spanner wrench is the only tool necessary to perform this task.
